1. Who runs the competition

Fried Potatoes B.V., Nassaukade 129HS, 1052 ED Amsterdam, the Netherlands, organises Share & Win. Contact us at info@friedpotatoes.games. These terms cover OFFTOP and MISRATED video entries on Instagram and TikTok.

2. Who can enter

Entry is open worldwide wherever participation and prize delivery are lawful. Participants must be at least 18 years old and meet the rules of the platform they use. Employees involved in the competition, judges and their immediate families cannot enter. Participation is free and no purchase is necessary; you may play a friend’s copy of the game.

3. How to enter

Film an original, funny moment playing OFFTOP or MISRATED. Publish the video on Instagram or TikTok and keep it publicly accessible for judging. For OFFTOP, tag @offtopgame. For MISRATED, tag @friedpotatoes.games. Follow @friedpotatoes.games on Instagram and TikTok to see winning posts.

Your entry must allow us to identify and contact your account. You may submit different original videos; duplicate posts of the same video count as one entry. Likes, shares, follower counts and purchases do not increase your chance of being selected.

4. Competition rounds and closing

The competition runs in successive rounds. Each round ends when we publicly announce its winner on our official social channels. There is no fixed closing date: the timing depends on the number of entries received. A round may therefore remain open for an extended period.

Eligible entries posted before that announcement and after the preceding round’s announcement are considered for that round. The first round includes entries made since the Share & Win promotion began. The next round starts immediately after the announcement unless we announce that the promotion has ended. Unselected entries do not automatically carry over. We will identify the round and its closing time in the winner announcement.

5. How we select the winner

Fried Potatoes selects one winner per round through judging. We choose the funniest eligible gameplay video, considering humour, originality and how well it shows the game being played. This is a creative competition, not a random draw. If entries are equally strong, we compare originality and then the quality of the gameplay moment. A judge with a personal connection to an entrant will not assess that entry.

We judge all eligible entries received for the round and document our decision. You may raise a concern about eligibility or the application of these terms through our contact address.

6. The prize

The winner receives one Fried Potatoes game. The game varies between rounds and is revealed when we announce the winner. There is no guaranteed title or fixed prize value stated in advance. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another game.

We arrange and pay for standard delivery, including any import charges needed to receive the prize. You will never have to pay a claim fee. Any personal tax liability imposed on a winner by local law remains their responsibility. If delivery is legally impossible, we will explain the reason and try to agree a lawful equivalent; statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Winner announcement and claiming

We announce the winning account and contact the winner from an official Fried Potatoes or OFFTOP account. Respond within 14 days of our direct message. We may request information reasonably needed to verify eligibility and arrange delivery, but never your password or payment to claim.

If a winner does not respond after a reminder, is ineligible or declines the prize, we may select the next highest judged eligible entry. We agree delivery details directly with the winner and communicate any delay. We will not publish a home address or other delivery details.

8. Your video and permissions

You must own your entry or have permission to submit it, including rights to any music or other material you use. Obtain permission from recognisable people in the video and appropriate parent or guardian permission for any minors shown. Entries must comply with applicable law and platform rules and must not infringe rights or contain unlawful, discriminatory or dangerous material.

You keep ownership of your video. Entry permits us to view and assess it and announce your account if you win. We will ask separately before reposting your video on our website, social channels or in advertising. Refusing that additional permission does not affect eligibility or the prize.

9. Personal information

Fried Potatoes B.V. is the controller of information used to administer the competition. We process your account name, entry and messages to run the competition and, for winners, contact and delivery details to provide the prize. Administration is necessary to perform these competition terms; proportionate fraud prevention relies on our legitimate interest in a fair competition.

We share delivery details only with service providers needed to deliver the prize and with authorities where required by law. We delete competition administration records within 90 days after a round ends, and delivery details within 90 days after delivery, unless a complaint or legal obligation requires longer retention. Statutory accounting records follow the applicable retention requirements. Public posts on social platforms remain under your and the platform’s control.

Contact info@friedpotatoes.games to request access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Separate consent for promotional reuse may be withdrawn for future use without affecting prior lawful use. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority. 10. Fairness and changes

We may reject entries for fraud, manipulation, infringement or failure to meet these terms, and will explain the reason on request. We may change, suspend or end the competition only where reasonably necessary, for example because of a legal requirement or a serious technical issue. We will announce material changes and protect existing entrants’ reasonable interests; changes will not retrospectively worsen an awarded prize.

We are not responsible for platform outages beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Instagram and TikTok

This competition is organised by Fried Potatoes and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or TikTok. You provide competition information to Fried Potatoes, not to those platforms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release those platforms from claims arising from our administration of this competition. Your separate relationship with each platform is governed by its own terms.

12. Questions and applicable law

Send questions or complaints to info@friedpotatoes.games with the relevant account, video and round. We aim to respond within 14 days. Dutch law applies, without removing mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. Any dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
