Refund policy
Sometimes, you place an order, it gets delivered to your doorstep, and you find yourself thinking, "...no, not quite." You've had a change of heart, would have preferred something else, or for some other reason, you decide against the purchase. No worries! Products you've purchased from us can be returned within 14 days. Your payment will be refunded accordingly. This is something you are entitled to as a customer and is also known as the cooling-off period or the right of withdrawal.

Once we receive the package, it will be processed within 14 days. The money will be refunded to the account used to place the order.
The Rules However, there are some rules for returning ordered products:
- The shipping costs for returning the order are at your own expense.
- The order must be returned within 14 days after delivery.
- When returning, the return slip must ALWAYS be included with the package. This slip is included as standard in the box in which your order is delivered to your home. So, be sure to send it back!
- The order must be returned to the original packaging. The product must not be opened or damaged.
Ordered via Reseller If you have ordered through a reseller (such as bol.com), please follow the reseller's return procedure. Otherwise, the return may not be processed correctly.
Issues with the Order / Received the Wrong Item Sometimes, it turns out that something went wrong with the delivery of your order. You may have received the wrong product, or perhaps even an extra copy of the correct item. If there's something not right with your order, please contact our customer service. Missing / Damaged Parts Sometimes, an order arrives, and it's exactly what you asked for. But then, it turns out there's something wrong with the product. Maybe a part is missing, or something is damaged. That's certainly inconvenient! We also want you to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.
